The Savannah Bananas to Return to Kauffman Stadium in 2026
The Savannah Bananas will return to Kauffman Stadium on May 30-31, 2026, after selling out two nights in Kansas City this year.
New Foe, Old Roots: The Bananas will face the Indianapolis Clowns, a newly revived team with historic roots as a former Negro Leagues franchise and the last surviving team from that era. Negro Leagues Baseball Museum President Bob Kendrick helped announce the team's rebirth, calling it "an exciting and historically relevant tribute".
Banana Ball: The Bananas are known for their rambunctious version of the game called Banana Ball, which features dance breaks, silly antics, and plenty of fan-friendly entertainment. Last year, the Bananas brought out wounded Army veteran Lonnie Gaudet, for an incredible moment where he recorded a hit.
Fans must join the Ticket Lottery List by October 31 to attend, as it's the only way to purchase tickets.
