Two Birds One Stone Opens This Thursday in the Berkley Riverfront
The highly anticipated Two Birds One Stone beer garden opens this Thursday in the Berkley Riverfront.
Beer is Flowing: Two Birds One Stone sits just across from the Origin Hotel in the Riverfront (1000 E. Riverfront Dr.), and is under the same management as the hotel. It will be able to host over 500 guests, feature a stage for live music, and offer a full food menu in addition to the full bar.
Perfect Pregame: The beer garden is just steps from CPKC Stadium, making it a perfect spot for a pregame (or postgame) stop. The upstairs will feature an upscale cocktail lounge and small plates concept called Moonstone, although an opening date has yet to be announced.
Two Birds One Stone opens this Thursday, June 12th from 11am to 10pm.

Beach-Themed Nightlife Experience Coming to Power & Light
A beach-themed elevated nightlife concept called Palm Tree Club is coming soon to the Power & Light District in downtown Kansas City.
Midwest Beaches: Palm Tree Club is a rapidly-growing nightlife club owned by DJ and producer Kygo, with current locations in Miami, Orlando, and Las Vegas. It will now open an 11,000-square-foot restaurant and club in the former Drunken Fish space inside P&L.
Party Like a Celeb: Palm Tree Club will feature a coastal-inspired menu, premium bottle service, a rooftop, a state-of-the-art audio/visual system, and more elevated experiences. The Palm Tree Beach Club launch in Vegas brought in stars like Sydney Sweeney, Machine Gun Kelly, and Jessica Alba. Will we see a similar star-studded launch in KC?
Palm Tree Club plans a fall opening at 14 E. 14th St. in downtown KCMO.

New Omakase Restaurant Coming Soon to Hotel Phillips
Sushi lovers, rejoice! Akoya Omakase is coming soon to Hotel Phillips in downtown Kansas City.
Sushi Season: Akoya Omakase will be run by chef and partner Peter Hoang, who returns to his hometown after 21 years of culinary experience across the country. The new concept will offer high-end seafood dining, but also offer a la carte selections for guests can determine their own tastes.
Japan to the Heartland: Omakase dining is a Japanese experience where chefs prepare dishes for guests based on the freshest available ingredients. The experience is often intimate, with guests facing the chef watching preparation. Sushi Kodawari brought omakase dining to Kansas City when it opened last year, and Akoya Omakase will expand upon that success.
Akoya Omakase and Hotel Phillips are located at 106 W 12th St, and expects. a July opening.
