Plaza Restaurant to be Renamed + Refreshed

Bo Lings

Longtime Plaza Chinese restaurant Bo Lings is under new management, and with that comes a new name and refresh.

  • Flagship Refresh: Owners Far Ling and Bo Ng have been serving up authentic Chinese food in the metro since 1981. A new partnership with W. VinZant Restaurants will honor the history of Bo Lings while propelling the flagship location on the Plaza into the future.

  • New Name, Who Dis: The restaurant will be renamed Heritage - Asian American Fusion. In addition to a menu refresh, the interior space at 4701 Jefferson St. will go through a phased remodel to update the space. The restaurant will remain open throughout the process.

Bo Lings offers six metro locations to dine.
