Disco Burger is Open for Takeout in Brookside
Disco Burger is partially open in Brookside, accepting online takeout orders as they prepare for an official opening.
Burgers in Brookside: Disco Burger is now taking online orders Thursday through Sunday from 4-9pm, which can be picked up at the takeout window on the side of the building (600 E 63rd St, #100). The team is putting the finishing touches on the interior and outdoor patio, with an official opening date TBD.
Neighborhood Bites: This is the second location for Disco Burger, joining the River Market location (319 Delaware St.), which opened in 2024. The menu is simple, offering Disco Burgers, Disco Dogs, fries, and vegetarian/vegan options.

A New Neighborhood Golf Club Opens in the Crossroads
Crossroads Golf is now open in the Crossroads, combining five Trackman-powered golf bays, a chef-driven culinary program, and genuine hospitality.
Chippin’ in the Crossroads: Crossroads Golf was built to offer a hospitality-forward golf club in the heart of Kansas City. offers Trackman powers all five bays, offering detailed performance data, iconic course simulations, and year-round play regardless of the weather. Leagues, instructional clinics, corporate outings, and a Founding Membership Program with reserved weekly tee times are now available.
More Than Golf The culinary program was created by James Beard Award-winning Chef Celina Tio, offering a globally-inspired menu featuring shrimp ceviche, lamb pinchos over Moroccan couscous, chicken tinga tostadas, artisan flatbreads, and the signature Reuben Dog. The cocktail menu features classics like the Old Fashioned, Negroni, French 75, Spicy Margarita, alongside rotating draft beers, curated wines, and more.
Crossroads Golf is located at 1656 Washington St., and is open Sunday-Thursday 9am-9pm, Friday and Saturday 9am-11pm.
