BKS Artisan Ales to Open Second Location in the Crossroads
The award-winning local brewery BKS Artisan Ales will soon open a second brewery in the Crossroads Arts District.
Cheers to the Crossroads: BKS opened in the Brookside neighborhood at the corner of 63rd and Holmes, becoming the area’s first craft brewery. Now, the local favorite will open a second brewery at 1701 McGee St. in the Crossroads. The original location in Brookside will remain open.
Local Love: The new location will serve all of BKS’s offerings on tap and in cans and will also provide a new space to brew experimental beers, cider, and mead. The brewery has gained attention not only from beer-loving locals but also national attention from Thrillist, Hopculture Magazine, and the Great American Beer Fest Competition.
BKS in the Crossroads is expected to open in the late spring or early summer. Read more about the expansion and BKS HERE.
