Local Chef to Take on AI During Three-Night Dining Event
Does AI belong in the kitchen? Chef Celina Tio is on a mission to find out at Bits & Bytes 2.0 this week!
Chef Vs. AI: Chef Celina is a James Beard Award-winning chef and the mind behind the Belfry Collective. For Bits & Bytes 2.0, she asked AI to create a five-course tasting menu, which she'll interpret and bring to life her way. Meanwhile, Chef Steven Branson and the culinary team will prepare the same menu using AI's exact recipes. (except when food safety is compromised)
Taste Test: Guests will receive one version of each dish, but won't know which is which. You'll taste and decide if you prefer the completely AI-generated menu or the menu with a human touch. Tickets are $120, with an optional $40 beverage pairing.
The three-night dinner is happening January 22-24. To book your spot, email [email protected] or text 816-471-7111.
