Cherry Warehouse Hotel Opens in Midtown Kansas City

Staycations in Kansas City. The Cherry Warehouse Hotel is now open at 2936 Cherry St. in Midtown.

• Best in Boutique: Owners/partners Ryan Hiser & David Tran have converted the 1916 vintage storage warehouse into a 10-room boutique hotel in the heart of the Union Hill neighborhood. Cherry Warehouse Hotel is a sister property to The Truitt and Aida Hotel, both of which are found in the Southmoreland neighborhood.

• Cherry on Top: Although some rooms are awaiting finishing touches, bookings are now open. The meticulously designed hotel features lobby and lounge spaces curated with locally-sourced art and furniture, queen and king-sized guest rooms with handpicked finishes, and a rooftop terrace.

Boulevard Seeks YOUR Input for New Quirk Flavors

Boulevard Brewing Co. will soon debut six new Quirk Hard Seltzers, and is seeking YOUR ideas for new flavors.

• Feelin’ Quirky: Boulevard will celebrate Quirk Day on September 19th in its Beer Hall, where they will unveil six new exclusive flavors some of which will be submitted by fans. There is a full lineup of Quirk flavors that are made with real fruit juice and other high-quality, gluten-free ingredients.

• Fruity Flavors: Everyone who enters their picks get 20% off Boulevard’s online store and a chance to win Quirk swag. Our picks? Banana Creme Pie, Taro Bubble Tea, and Honeydew Melon. Feel free to steal these to increase the chance of them coming to life!
