The Roasterie is Offering a Special Latte Inspired by a Local Family at Childrenâs Mercy
Local coffee lovers can support the families of Childrenâs Mercy Hospital patients by purchasing a Comfort Cup at any Kansas City Metro Roasterie location now through August 31st.
For Nora: The Roasterie has teamed up with the parents of Nora Jane, who was born prematurely and spent 159 days in the Childrenâs Mercy NICU. While in the hospital, Noraâs mother would order a lavender mint latte with oat milk, which The Roasterie adapted and named Comfort Cup.
Honor Families: Although the special latte will only be available in Roasterie cafĂŠs through August 31st, it will remain a staple on the Childrenâs Mercy menu year-round. 10% of every purchase supports the hospitalâs Family Support Fund.
