Opening
Former Enchanté Reopens Tomorrow as Soli Deo Coffee + Bakery
Enchanté Bakery will open this Saturday with a new name: Soli Deo Coffee + Bakery.
One Door Closes: Just three weeks ago, Enchanté Bakery made the announcement it was closing the doors to its coffee shop due to various challenges and focus on its wholesale bakery operations. But Austin Morris, owner of Aventi Weddings, purchased the business from previous owner Heather White to keep the doors open.
Coffee & Connection: Morris stated that he won’t change the aesthetic or feeling of Enchanté, but rather continue building what had already been created in the space. Soli Deo aims to be a place beyond enjoying a coffee and croissant, rather cultivating connection, community, and quiet moments of reflection.
Soli Deo Coffee + Bakery is located at 3934 Main St. Stop by Saturday and welcome them (back) to the neighborhood!

Food & Drink
The Vault is Now Open Underneath Tom’s Town
Tom’s Town has opened a new lower-level bar in its Crossroads space called The Vault.
Rob the Vault: The Vault opened its doors this past Friday at 1701 Main St. The dimly-lit space in the basement offers speakeasy-vibes with exclusive cocktails, shooters, darts, and live entertainment.
Drink Like a Boss: The Vault expands upon Tom’s Town’s rich historical nods to Tom Pendergast, Kansas City’s political boss in the 1920’s. In addition to The Vault, the upstairs features a restaurant and tasting room, featuring seasonal cocktails, a dinner menu, desserts, and a Happy Hour.
The Vault is open Fridays & Saturdays from 6pm to close. Tell ‘em KC Daily sent you.
