• 🐎 Derby Party: Last call for the 10th Annual Derby Party at The Museum of Kansas City on Saturday! The event will celebrate the museum’s 85th anniversary with all-inclusive food, drink, games, and live entertainment!*

• ✈️ Final Flight: Don’t miss your chance to visit Crown Center’s FREE exhibit, Snoopy and the Red Baron, while it’s here through this Sunday, May 4th!*

• 🖼️ Art in Brookside: Head to Brookside tonight at 5pm for the 39th anniversary of the Brookside Art Annual! Kansas City’s first outdoor art show of the year is consistently ranked among the best in the country, and is happening through Sunday at 5pm.

• 🍻 Around the Bock: KC Bier Co. is hosting the second annual Neighborhood Bock Party this Saturday from 3-7. The 21+ party features 15 local breweries and home brew clubs, live music, and a portion of the proceeds supporting Happy Bottoms!

• 🇲🇽 Westside Fiesta: Guadalupe Centers is celebrating its 103rd annual Cinco de Mayo Fiesta tonight from 5-10pm and tomorrow from 12-10pm! The free event features authentic food, family-friendly activities, live entertainment, and local vendors.

• 🏇 Horses at The House: The House in Westwood is hosting Derby Day at The House on Saturday from 4-9pm. Come enjoy some crazy hats, mint juleps, food from Lulu’s Thai Noodle Shop, and 100% of proceeds going to Cultivate KC!

• 🏉 Fly Eagles, Fly: CPKC Stadium is hosting the USA (Women’s Eagles) vs. Canada tonight at 7:30. The match is expected to shatter the all-time women’s rugby attendance record!

• 🤠 Giddy-Up: It’s rodeo weekend at the American Royal! The American Royal ProRodeo kicked off last night, but the wrangling action continues tonight and tomorrow night at 7pm.

• 💃 Bras on the Runway: Tonight at 6pm, Bra Couture KC hosts Couture for Cancer Care at the Grand Ballroom at the Kansas City Convention Center, a survivor runway show and auction raising funds for cancer care for Kansas City’s uninsured.

• ♟️ Game On: Midwest GameFest features a weekend full of tabletop hobby games at the Stoney Creek Hotel and Conference Center in Independence.

• 🥪 Food on Stage: Famed foodie and TV star Alton Brown is live at the Midland Theatre tonight at 7:30! He’ll share culinary mega-hacks, his favorite food songs, and more in this food-focused variety show.

• 🐥 Where are the Chicks?: Farfalla Events is hosting its annual Spring Chick Event at Town Center Plaza in Leawood this Saturday and Sunday! The free event features local vendors, art, food, and more!
