Celebrate National Farmers Market Week Across Kansas City
This week is National Farmers Market Week, and you can participate in supporting our local farmers at six of our favorite farmers markets across the Kansas City metro!
For the Farmers: National Farmers Market Week is now in its 26th year highlighting the vital role that farmers play in the United States’ food system. The event, organized by the Farmers Market Coalition, promotes and advocates for farmers markets across the country with special events, programs, contests, and more throughout the week.
Support Local Produce: The City Market Farmers Market in Kansas City, MO is the regions largest and most diverse farmers market, and is celebrating with special events this Saturday and Sunday from 8am-3pm. However, the Kansas City metro is filled with excellent farmers markets to visit this week, so find one near you! 👇
