Playoffs Begin Tonight for The Kansas City Mavericks

The Kansas City Mavericks quest for the Kelly Cup begins tonight as the team prepares to host the Tulsa Oilers.
Playoff Hockey: The Mavericks are coming off their best regular season in franchise history, which gives them a home-ice advantage throughout the entire Kelly Cup Playoffs. The quest starts tonight at 7:05 at Cable Dahmer Arena.
Survive and Advance: Round one against the Oilers is a best-of-7 series. Should the Mavericks prevail, they would advance to the Mountain Division Finals, followed by the Western Conference Finals before finally arriving at the Kelly Cup Finals.

A New Wedding Venue is Coming Soon to Downtown Overland Park
Traditions Furniture
A historic building in downtown Overland Park is being remodeled into a wedding & event venue that is set to open in the Fall of 2024.
Stones of History: Stone Manor on 79th is taking over the historic Strang Line Car Barn building at 7400 W. 79th St. The iconic stone building housed Traditions Furniture for decades before closing last year.
A Family Affair: Keegan Glade and his parents Doug and Tacia Glade are teaming up with Brooklen Lewis to transform the building into the venue while maintaining the historic charm. The Glades bought the building from the Overland Park Historical Society, which has owned the building for years.
