🖐🏻 Hands-On History: The WWI Memorial and Museum invites your family to this event where everyone will have the opportunity to handle artifacts from the Great War.
🪶 Native American Cultural Celebration: The Nelson-Atkins Museum is hosting an event celebrating the art, dance, and music of indigenous people.
🌆 First Fridays: Tonight is the first Friday of the month which means the Crossroads + West Bottoms will be packed with food trucks, music, and more events throughout the weekend.

Nine local companies have landed on this year’s list of the fastest-growing companies in the Midwest according to Inc.
Best In The Midwest: Each year, Inc., a publication built for news and information about building and scaling companies, releases a list of the fastest-growing companies in the Midwest looking at their growth % over two years.
What’s The Wifi?: 9 Kansas City companies made the list with Conexon, the residential internet company, being the fastest growing local company at #24 on the list.
Elite 8: The other 8 companies to make the list were Seismic Digital(202% growth over 2 years), RLM Underground(186%), Dynamic Logistix (159%), Tallgrass Freight Company(135%), Max Motors Dealerships(100%), OCCU-TEC(64%), Lotpop(57%), and Apollo Health Insurance(53%).

Carne Diem
A local husband-and-wife duo is opening a new upscale meat market and seafood counter just down the road from their restaurant in Briarcliff.
Small Plates, Big Potential: Last year, Louis Guerrieri and Sarah Nelson opened their small plate concept, Ombra, in the Village at Briarcliff serving a rotating seasonal menu.
Seize The Meat!: This year, their love of fresh ingredients is leading the couple to open their meat market and seafood counter, Carne Diem, just down the road at 4179 North Mulberry Drive.
My Kind Of Market: Carne Diem will feature full butcher services offering local beef, lamb, pork, and chicken, as well as sustainably sourced seafood, deli selections, housemade pasta, and a curated cheese counter.
While no firm opening date has been set, Carne Diem plans to open this spring with hours of operation being Wednesday-Saturday from 7-7 and Sunday from 7-3.

Mamma Mia, Here I Go Again

The American Theatre Guild
Mamma Mia, every mother-daughter combo’s favorite musical, is coming to The Kansas City Music Hall.
How Can I Resist Ya?: Mamma Mia, the classic Tony-winning musical featuring music from ABBA, is coming to Kansas City for one week this spring.
Slipping Through My Fingers: With one performance a night from March 5-10, you won’t want to miss this 2-hour and 35-minute production.
Money, Money, Money: Tickets are on sale now on the Kansas City Music Hall’s website with tickets starting at $69.
Tickets are still available for each night of the show. Performances begin at 7:30 pm each evening.
