We’ve got 16 things for you to do this weekend, both spooky and non-spooky. Here they are:
All Weekend Long
🧟 Kansas City Zombie Crawl - Crawl your way (in costume) through 10+ bars and nightclubs in Westport and grab free welcome shots and drink specials at each stop.
🌹 Beauty and the Beast - The Disney classic is live on stage at the Municipal Auditorium Music Hall, with five more shows throughout this weekend.
🎻 Rachmaninoff Celebration, Part 1 - Russian Romantic composer Sergei Rachmaninoff and pianist George Li return to Kansas City to perform Rachmaninoff’s Second Piano Concerto at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts.
🍂 12 Fall Farms - Fall will be gone before we know it, so soak it in at any of Kansas City’s many fall farms, pumpkin patches, or apple orchards!

🍺 BOOlevard - Get in the spirit at Boulevard’s Halloween pop-up in the Tasting Room from 5-10pm. Boolevard features Halloween-themed cocktails and events
🎢 Halloween Haunt - Take in the ultimate Halloween thrills at the final few days of Worlds of Fun Halloween Haunt, featuring haunted mazes, scare zones, and Halloween-themed shows. (ends Saturday)
🏒 Mavericks vs. Oilers - The Kansas City Mavericks take the ice at Cable Dahmer arena to take on the Tulsa Oilers at 7:05pm.
😳 Scare-It-Halloween - It’s the 30th and final year of the annual Halloween tradition in the Scarritt Renaissance neighborhood in the Historic Northeast.
🍭 Trick-or-Treating - Don’t feel like leaving the house on Halloween night? Grab some candy and open the front door and welcome some costumed kids! No raisins, please.

🌟 Hello Dolly - The classic story of Dolly Gallagher Levi and her trip to New York takes the stage at The White Theatre at The J in Overland Park at 7:30pm.
🎷 Lakecia Benjamin and Phoenix - The 5x Grammy nominee and New York-based saxophonist will perform as a part of the Folly Jazz Series at The Folly Theater at 7:30pm.
🏃♀️ KC Current River Run - A casual run/walk/roll along the scenic Riverfront Heritage starting at 8am benefitting Temwa Chawinga’s Freshwater Project International – WASH in Schools.
🌟 GloWild: Time Traveler - Starting Saturday, November 1st, GloWild switches seasons with holiday lanterns, Santa visits, the Grinch Express railroad, and more!
Sunday
🖼️ The Arterie Grand Opening - From 1-3pm, celebrate the grand opening of this art-filled walkway, which starts at the new Art Museums stop on KC Streetcar Main Street Extension and leads to the Kemper, the Nelson, and KCAI.
⚽️ Current vs. Wave - It’s Fan Appreciation Day at CPKC Stadium, as the Kansas City Current wrap up the regular season with a match against the San Diego Wave at 2pm.
💀 Día de los Muertos Festival - Celebrate Latin American cultures at the Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art from 10am-4pm. Admission is FREE!

Explore Parkville’s Dining Scene at Taste of Parkville
Next week, November 2-9, explore Parkville’s culinary scene with Taste of Parkville!
- Park & Eat: Hosted by PACE (Parkville Area Chamber of Commerce and EDC), the weeklong event features 10 locally owned restaurants and coffee shops donating a portion of sales to the Police Community Assistance Fund’s Shop With a Cop program. In partnership with Chef Andrew Longres of Acre Restaurant, the initiative invites metro diners to experience Parkville's diverse culinary scene. 
- Where to Eat: Participants include Acre Restaurant, Rancho Grande Cantina, Prima Facie Bistro, The Market at Prima Facie, Char Bar - Parkville, Nick and Jake's Parkville, Whiskey River KC, The Craic on Main, Parkville Nutrition, and Scooter’s Coffee. Guests can order from regular, seasonal, or prix fixe menus during each restaurant's business hours. 
Parkville may only have a population of 8,980, but it punches far above its weight in the culinary scene! What are your favorite Parkville spots?

- Kansas City musician Kemet Coleman revealed the music video for “Stay in Your Lane” featuring fellow KC artists Kadesh Flow, Kimology, and Brass + Boujee. The song serves as the ‘anthem’ for the KC Streetcar Main Street Extension.
