Hankās Garage and Grill Officially Opens in Shawnee
The highly-anticipated Hankās Garage and Grill officially opened its doors in Shawnee yesterday.
Hello Hankās: Hankās is the latest venture from Eric Flanagan, who also operates King G and Jimās Alley Bar in the Crossroads. He and his team have spent the past year converting the former auto shop at 5801 Nieman Road into a neighborhood bar and grill.
Better Than Bar Food: Hankās menu will feature upscale bar food from chefs Howard Hanna and Zach Sachs, including smashburgers, pork tenderloin sandwiches, Spam fries with banana ketchup, and more. They will also offer seven craft beer drafts, including Hank Lager from Alma Mader Brewing.
Hankās Garage and Grill is open 11-midnight Wed/Thurs, 11-1 am on Fri/Sat, and 11-midnight on Sunday.
