🍂 Northland Fall: The 3rd annual Fall Fest at Zona Rosa takes place on Saturday from 11 to 6. It features games, food trucks, live music, pop-up shopping from Strawberry Swing Indie Craft Fair, and more!
🌙 Goodnight Moon: You’ve been to the Goodnight Moon room at The Rabbit hOle, now see the children’s literature classic live on stage this weekend at the City Stage in Union Station!
🤠 Country Boy: Country music superstar Cody Johnson is live in concert at the T-Mobile Center Saturday night at 7:30 with special guests Sammy Kershaw and Drew Parker.
🐶 New Furry Friends: Find your new furry friend at this weekend’s KC Mega Match, the largest pet adoption event in Kansas City history! All adoptions are just $25 at seven different local shelters.
📚 Book It: The Kansas City Public Library, Missouri Humanities, and the Missouri Center for the Book are joining together to host Kansas City’s premier literary event this Saturday: The Heartland Book Fest.
🤣 Ace of Spade: Actor and comedian David Spade brings his Catch Me Inside tour to The Midland Theatre on Saturday at 8 pm.
🌾 Mission: Fall: The Shawnee Indian Mission Foundation hosts its annual Fall Festival at the Shawnee Indian Mission at 3403 W 53rd St in Fairway. The event is Saturday from 10-5 and features live entertainment, food, shopping, and more!
🎉 Cheers to Ten Years: J. Rieger & Co. is celebrating its 10th Anniversary Kickoff Weekend today and tomorrow with cocktails, live music, and local vendors.
🌶️ Lenexa’s Famous Chili: There isn’t much better than a bowl of chili in the fall. Head to Lenexa tonight from 6-10 or tomorrow from 9-4 for the Chili Challenge. The challenge features 200 teams competing in chili, hot wings, and salsa contests!
🚜 Dozer Doozy: Saturday and Sunday is Dozer Day at the Truman Sports Complex! The immersive experiences allow children to get behind the wheel of some of the largest machines the construction industry has to offer.
🍺 Roars & Brews: The Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium is hosting Brew at the Zoo on Saturday evening from 6:30-11. The adults-only event features live music and samples from more than 35 local breweries and wineries!

I’m flipping out! The Simone Biles-led Gold Over America Tour is coming to the T-Mobile Center next Wednesday (10/16).
The GOAT: The aptly-named Gold Over America Tour (GOAT) is led by Biles, the most decorated gymnast of all time. The concert-style show features high-flying stunts from a group of the world’s greatest gymnasts, including Jade Carey, Jordan Chiles, Brody Malone, and more!
Fly Into Town: The show in Kansas City takes place on October 16th at 7:30 p.m. Tickets start at just $30, and add-on packages allow VIPs to meet the gymnasts!
