The Kansas City Zoo to Host Dinosaurs Around the World Exhibition Next Summer
The Kansas City Zoo and Aquarium recently announced that they will host the Dinosaurs Around the World exhibition next summer.
DINO-mite: From May 1st through August 31st, 2025, the zoo will feature life-size animatronic dinosaurs throughout the topside of the zoo. The exhibition is included with admission to the zoo and will feature a Spinosaurus, Hadrosaur, Tyrannosaurus Rex, and more prehistoric creatures!
Roaring Good Time: Dinosaurs Around the World is put on in partnership with Imagine Exhibitions and serves as a “good reminder of the importance of our conservation work.” according to the Kansas City Zoo & Aquarium’s Executive Director and CEO Sean Putney.

The Nelson to Host Night/Shift This Thursday Night
This Thursday night (10/24), The Nelson-Atkins Museum of Art is hosting Night/Shift — Floating Worlds.
Far East: This edition of Night/Shift will explore classic Japanese print culture and contemporary print culture in Kansas City. The event is put on alongside the Hokusai: Waves of Inspiration exhibit that features works from famed Japanese artist Katsushika Hokusai.
Up Next: Night/Shift kicks off with a happy hour from 4-6 pm, with multiple live acts and live art displays throughout the evening. There will also be pop-ups from the Vietnamese coffee shop Café Cà Phê and Asian craft cocktails from The Moon Bar.
Admission to Night/Shift is free, and you can register in advance or on-site.
