KC Bier Co. Lenexa Biergarten and Bierhalle Opens Today
KC Bier Co. is celebrating the grand opening of its second location TODAY in Lenexa, starting at 3pm.
Prost!: The new bierhalle and biergarten located at 18030 W. 98th St. is massive, with the ability to host up to 900 guests inside and outside. It joins the original location in Waldo, offering the same Gemütlichkeit (German for cordiality or friendliness), an expanded food menu, and award-winning biers on draft.
In or Out: The outdoor beirgarten features a stage, kids’ play area, and dog-friendly area, alongside plenty of seating and on-site brewing operations inside. KC Bier Co. is not booking events or musicians (yet), but an event space will be available for 200+ people.
KC Bier Co. Lenexa’s regular hours will be Tuesday through Sunday, 11am-9pm (10pm on Saturday). Note - food service will begin on Wednesday.

Events
New Friends Await at Dinner Club on August 20th
After a brief break for the World Cup madness, the KC Daily Dinner Club is set for Thursday, August 20th at 6:30pm, at various restaurants around the Country Club Plaza.
How It Works: You’ll take a 15-question personality quiz that helps us match you to a group of similar people around a table at a local restaurant.
Note - Last week’s poll found that 64% of you would prefer age-specific groups, so we’re putting extra emphasis on grouping people of similar ages at a table.
New Friends: We handle all the logistics — you just show up! Your restaurant will be revealed the morning of Dinner Club, and the after-party location will be sent during dinner. The after-party is optional (but encouraged), allowing all tables to gather together for a drink and further connection.
Take the quiz and sign up for August Dinner Club HERE.
“The conversation floated throughout dinner. Even though we had diverse backgrounds, we made a great connection and decided to continue to meet outside of the Dinner Club." -Paula Z.
