Data Speaks: TIME partnered with Statista to rank 500 U.S. colleges based on three pillars: student outcomes (75% of the score, covering graduate earnings, graduation rates, and return on education), learning environment (15%, covering faculty ratios, spending per student, and diversity), and attractiveness (10%, based on selectivity and enrollment yield).

Local Education: Four Kansas City metro schools made the list: William Jewell College (No. 141), Rockhurst University (No. 154), UMKC (No. 240), and Avila University (No. 447). The University of Kansas was the only school in the state of Kansas to make the list, coming in at No. 325.

Two Pedigrees, One Table: Longres staged at some of the best restaurants in the world, including The French Laundry, Eleven Madison Park, and Le Bernardin, before opening Acre. Monnoyeur grew up in France's Jura region, learning about food from his family at an early age. He has worked at Ducasse in Monaco, Paul Bocuse in Orlando, and the Mandarin Oriental in Paris (2 Michelin stars), and has been Executive Chef at Westport Café since 2015.

The Menu: Dinner guests will enjoy dishes such as Escargot Cromesquis to start, Campfire Oyster au Poivre, Grilled Octopus with smoked tomato jus and Robuchon potato purée, Dry-Aged Duck with fire-grilled figs and black winter truffle, and more. Every course is complemented by a curated beverage pairing featuring wine, craft beer, and cocktails.
