Opening
Chuck E. Cheese Becomes Chuck’s Arcade on State Line Road
If you grew up going to Chuck E. Cheese for birthday parties, we’ve got good news. A new concept from CEC Entertainment called Chuck’s Arcade is now open in Kansas City.
Chuck Grew Up: Chuck’s Arcade at 8809 State Line Road is one of just 10 Chuck’s Arcades across the country. This new retro-style arcade was announced in late June by parent company CEC Entertainment, and the Chuck E. Cheese that opened in 2024 in the Ward Parkway Center received a rebrand.
Nostalgia Blast: Chuck’s Arcade features new and retro arcade games, prizes, pizza, and an ode to the animatronic animals of Munch’s Make Believe Band (that sadly don’t move anymore). It is open 7 days a week from 10am-9pm, making it a perfect birthday party spot for both kids and adults.
Chuck Bauer of Sets, Streets & Eats on YouTube got a first-hand look at the flagship KC location. Watch his video tour HERE.
