A New York Butcher Shop and Wine Bar is Coming to the South Plaza
An authentic New York-style shopping and dining experience is coming soon to the South Plaza neighborhood.
Meat Me at the Plaza: The New York Butcher Shoppe & Wine Bar will open soon at 4928 Main St. It will serve as a dual-concept of premium butcher shop and upscale wine bar. Shoppers can select hand-cut steaks, wagyu burgers and steaks from Booth Creek Wagyu, and gourmet meals to enjoy at home paired with seasonal wines.
Sip and Savor: For dine-in guests, the wine bar features small plates, charcuterie boards, and entrées in a relaxed setting, plus weekday happy hour from 3–5 p.m. This marks the franchise’s 37th location and is locally owned, with more KC spots coming soon.
The South Plaza retail and butcher shop will open May 14, with the restaurant and wine bar opening May 19.
