A New Noodle Shop is Coming to the Lenexa Public Market
New noodle alert! Saap Saap Noodles is coming soon to the Lenexa Public Market.
New Noodles: Chef and owner Adison Sichampanakhone is launching Saap Saap Noodles, which translates to “good good” in Laotian. Sichampanakhone also owns Ice Cream BAE, which has two metro locations (Country Club Plaza and Park Place).
Home Cooking: The menu will feature dishes with authentic flavors from Laos and Thailand. Noodle dishes include Lao Pho, Khao Poon, Ribeye Carbonara, Phad Thai, and more. They will also serve appetizers, vegetarian options, desserts, cocktails, and Thai coffee and tea.
Saap Saap Noodles plans to be open in January.

24/7 Golf Simulator Opening in Overland Park
A new indoor golf simulator coming soon to Overland Park is offering a unique perk: it offers 24/7 access.
Golf Around The Clock: The Back Nine will open soon at 6921 W. 75th St. in Overland Park. The franchise has locations across 17 states, but this will be the first location in Kansas and the first in the Kansas City metro. The concept offers guests access 24/7, even on holidays.
Tour Training: The Back Nine offers state-of-the-art simulators, allowing next-level training year-round. It also offers corporate packages, tournaments, kids camps, and the ability to host private events. Memberships offer 24/7 tee times, unlimited tee time per month, guest invite, and 30% off the store.

Westport to Host Christmas Market and 5k This Saturday
Wrap up your holiday shopping this upcoming Saturday (12/14) at the Westport Christmas Market!
Westport Wishes: The Christmas Market offers a variety of festive festivities, including a local Kansas City maker fair, drinks like hot cocoa and apple toddies, holiday music, and special guests. Admission is FREE, and the Market is family-friendly!
Dash on Down: Start your Westport Christmas on the run with the KC Santa Dash, which also takes place this Saturday in Westport! The holiday-themed run offers a Santa Dash 5k, a Reindeer Trot 1k, and an Elf Dash 200m. All participants receive a long-sleeve race shirt or Santa suit, a finisher medal (ornament), and holiday treats!
The Christmas Market lasts from 10 am to 5 pm, and the KC Santa Dash kicks off at 10 am.

Chicken Salad Chick Opens in Lee’s Summit Tomorrow!
The Kansas City area’s first Chicken Salad Chick is celebrating its grand opening tomorrow in Lee’s Summit!
Southern Staple: Chicken Salad Chick was launched in 2008 and now boasts over 280 locations in 20 states. The fast-casual restaurant offers chicken salads, pimento cheese sandwiches, sandwiches, soups, and more freshly-made Southern fare.
Free Chick: The metro’s first location opens at 10:30 tomorrow (12/10), and franchisees Kendra and Alan Greenwood plan to open three more future locations in the metro. The restaurant will give away a variety of freebies through December 14th. The top prize? Free chicken salad for a year for the first 100 guests!
