Holladay Distillery Breaks Ground on New Rickhouse
Business is booming at Westonās Holladay Distillery! To keep up with consumer demand, officials recently broke ground on the all-new Rickhouse D.
Ancient Grains: Holladay is the oldest distillery in Missouri, being founded in 1856 by Ben Holladay. The distillery grounds in Weston currently boast three ironclad rickhouses built throughout the last century, and Rickhouse D will be the first new storage facility built since 1950.
On the Rocks: Rickhouse D will feature an 11,000-barrel capacity, allowing Holladay to maintain consistency across each bourbon. Holladayās offerings include Ben Holladay Bourbon, which was initially released in 2022, and Holladay Soft Red Wheat Bourbon, which was released in 2023.
Rickhouse D will be constructed over the next 8-9 months. Plan your next visit to the distillery HERE.
