Patrick Mahomes to Produce Netflix Series

Netflix
From the gridiron to the big screen, there isn’t much that scares Patrick Mahomes. He will now be an executive producer on a new Netflix sports documentary.
What Can’t He Do?: Mahomes will help produce “Receiver”, an upcoming documentary series from Netflix that is a spinoff of last year’s “Quarterback”. The series will follow NFL receivers Davontae Adams, Justin Jefferson, Deebo Samuel, Amon-Ra St. Brown, and George Kittle.
Hut, Hut, Action!: As a subject of last year’s series, Mahomes is no stranger to the camera. (that, and the three Super Bowl wins…) But “Quarterback” had to pivot to “Receivers” after fellow producer and quarterback Peyton Manning admitted finding new quarterback subjects was tricky.
“Receiver” followed players throughout the 2023 season, and eight 45-minute episodes will be coming to Netflix soon.
