Awards
J. Rieger Honored by Robb Report for Straight Bourbon Whiskey
J. Rieger & Co.’s Straight Bourbon Whiskey was recently honored by the Robb Report, a luxury lifestyle magazine covering high-end products, services, and experiences.
A Taste of Kentucky: When you think Bourbon, you think Kentucky. But according to Jonah Flicker of Robb Report, world-class bourbon is being made right here in Kansas City at J. Rieger. Flicker rated Rieger Straight Bourbon Whiskey a 94/100, putting it head to head with some of Kentucky’s best value bourbons.
Local Libations: Operator Nick here, breaking the fourth wall - I love when local businesses are recognized for their work and had to try it for myself, so I picked up a bottle (from Made in KC using my VIP Program). I’m no bourbon-tasting expert, but this stuff was good. Mellow enough to drink neat, yet perfect for using in cocktails at a price point of around $35.
Read the entire taste test review from Robb Report HERE, and be sure to grab a bottle from your local shop on your next visit.
