Pennway Point Takes Shape

Pennway Point

Happy Monday, Kansas City! Pennway Point, the Crossroads development that’s already widely recognized for the planned Ferris wheel, will be expecting tenants as early as spring 2024 and we got a glimpse into the space late last week.

  • Outdoor Space: Pennwat Point, being developed by Davinci KC, is poised to be the next place for people to spend time with outdoor activities like mini golf, a concert venue, and plenty of outdoor dining and seating.

  • Barrel Hall: Barrel Hall is the name of the tasting room and taphouse where Boulevard Brewing will have a tasting area, Chef J BBQ will have a smokestack fired up, and Bull Creek Distillery will also have a spot.

  • Focus On The Family: The area has been developed with the goal in mind of being more family-focused. Developers said that they intentionally set closing times to be midnight in order to best serve that purpose as well as having lots of seating and space available for families to spread out and enjoy the events.

With a target open date of 2024, you may not have to wait long to experience the new district off Pennway and Pershing. Until then, you can watch this interview with the developer from Fox 4.
