A New Food Hall Concept Could be Coming to the Plaza

Cascade Hotel

A new food hall concept could be coming to the Cascade Hotel Kansas City on the Country Club Plaza.

  • One In, One Out: After Strang Chef Collectives closed its concept this past December, the Cascade Hotel’s director of outlets, Eric Willey, envisions a new food hall operated in-house. Willey stated that the hall would use established vendors rather than startups or food trucks.

  • Plaza Provisions: The new food hall, Plaza Provisions, could open as soon as vendors are signed. According to Willey, the concept is close to signing one local restaurant tenant as well as a local distillery to operate one of the two bars.

The Cascade Hotel is located at 4600 Wornall Rd. Learn more about Plaza Provisions from the KC Star HERE.
