1587 Prime Hosting Pregame Tailgate at Arrowhead
Ford Tailgating District
Travis Kelce & Patrick Mahomes’ 1587 Prime is hosting a tailgate outside Arrowhead Stadium prior to the Chiefs vs. Commanders on Monday, October 27th.
Fuel Like a Champion: The pregame tailgate will happen at the Ford Tailgate District in Lot M from 2:30pm till kickoff (7:30pm). The tailgate is free to enter and friendly for all ages, providing a tasty warmup before a Monday Night Football matchup with the Washington Commanders.
Prime Parking: The tailgate will feature a signature 1587 Prime game day taste and free 1587 Prime merch (while supplies last). There will also be a “1587 musical performance” on the Ford Tailgate District stage before kickoff. Will it be Taylor Swift supporting her fiancee’s restaurant? Probably not. But a fan can dream!

La Fetta Delicatessen is Now Open in Overland Park

As of Monday, La Fetta Delicatessen is officially open in Overland Park.
Italian Delight: La Fetta celebrated its grand opening earlier this week at 14363 Metcalf Ave. The deli will serve Boar’s Head meats as well as bread from Kansas City-based Farm to Market Bread Co. La Fetta is already gaining steam with local eaters, with some calling it “the best sandwich they’ve ever had”.
Sandwiches That Rock: The menu at La Fetta is highlighted by made-to-order sandwiches named after classic rock bands. (AC-DC, Blue Oyster Cult, Pearl Jam, Queen, etc.) They also offer anitpasti, cured meats & cheeses, and a large selection of grab-and-go items in their Italian import market.
La Fetta is open Mon-Sat 11am-8pm, and Sunday 11am-3pm.

College basketball doesn’t usually shine in Kansas City until March with the Big 12 Championships, but this year three early season college basketball events take the court at the T-Mobile Center.

A thrilling women’s basketball doubleheader featuring Kansas vs. Missouri and Missouri State vs. Wichita State.
Hall of Fame Classic - November 20-21
A 2-day, 4-team men’s tournament featuring Nebraska, New Mexico, Kansas State, and Mississippi State.
The Border Showdown - December 7th
A non-conference men’s matchup between Kansas and Missouri
