Introducing ProphetShares: A New Way to Predict, Compete, and Make an Impact

ProphetShares

What if you could test your instincts about real-world events, without risking a dollar, and still have the chance to win real rewards? That's the idea behind ProphetShares, an exciting prediction platform based in Kansas City.

  • No Risk, All Fun: ProphetShares works like other prediction markets, but with one major difference: they've replaced the financial risk with competitive fun. Players use play money (P$), which means you won’t lose a dime. Compete against other players, climb the leaderboard, and turn P$ into real prizes!

  • Playing for Good: Best of all, you can help make an impact by selecting a charity to play for. Each month, ProphetShares makes a donation to the charity represented by the top-performing team. To date, they've donated over $110k to charities and student athletes.

We’ve teamed up with ProphetShares to give the KC Daily community the chance to prove who knows the city best and win real prizes from great KC businesses. Enter KC Daily's Who Knows KC? contest and start predicting today. From the Royals and Current to our crazy weather – if it's happening in KC, you can predict it!
