Taste the History of Kansas City at Arthur Bryant’s

Arthur Bryant’s

There are few barbecue restaurants in Kansas City (or the entire United States) that have a legacy quite like Arthur Bryant’s Barbeque.

  • Taste the History: Arthur Bryant’s has called 1727 Brooklyn Ave. home since 1949, although the roots of the restaurant date back to Henry Perry in 1908. Over the years, the cafeteria-style restaurant known for its smoked meats has welcomed in special guests including Harry Truman, Steven Spielberg, Harrison Ford, Jimmy Carter, Barack Obama, and many more.

  • Smoke in the Air: Arthur Bryant’s is known for its smoked meats such as ribs, brisket, ham, turkey, and pulled pork. But our order of choice? An open-faced burnt end sandwich and a side of their legendary fries.

Another reason we love Arthur Bryant’s? It’s the ONLY barbecue restaurant on our KC Daily Dine Card!
