Support Local Women: Created by Erica Schulte of Rose Productions, the event pairs 11 of Kansas City’s top women chefs with 11 leading women beverage professionals for an evening of culinary excellence. Guests will enjoy unique food and drink pairings at The Guild KC, a woman-owned venue, while supporting a nonprofit that empowers young girls through movement and mentorship.
For the Girls: Proceeds from MUSE will directly benefit Girls on the Run KC, which has served over 43,000 girls in Missouri and Kansas. The event also features women-owned vendor pop-ups and interactive experiences.

KMRA Tasting Club to Host Second Edition of “Lengua Lenguaje”
Chef Forrest Wright of KMRA Tasting Club is bringing back his most popular pop-up from 2024: “Lengua Lenguaje”.
Tongue Language: “Lengua Lenguaje,” or “tongue language,” returns after last year’s pop-up success at In The Lowest Ferns in the West Bottoms. Wright bills this event as unique from his other pop-ups and promises it to be even bigger this year.
Culinary Experience: The dinner will be held at 7 pm on Friday, May 2nd with a theme of “sensory exploration” with the food, music, and visual art. Seats are $200 per person, which includes all courses and cocktail pairings. Food allergies and sensitivities can be accommodated.
