The Eras Tour
Unless you’ve been living under a rock, you’ve heard the buzz about Taylor Swift taking over the city in preparation for tonight and tomorrow’s performances at Arrowhead.
Reputation: Taylor Swift’s shows have been selling out across the country and she’s finally here in KC. It has the city so packed that traveling Swifties have had to book hotels up to an hour out.
The Time of My Life: Everyone seems to be getting in on the Swiftie Mania as Union Station is hosting an event for Swifties to show off their fandom.
You Belong With Me: That’s what J. Rieger Co. said to local famous TikTokers when they pitched hosting an event at Electric Park for a pre-concert celebration of all things Taylor.
For any Millennial (or anyone!) in the city who has listened to Taylor over the years, the energy in the city is palpable. With resale ticket prices currently starting over $1,000 for nosebleeds, she is sure to make the whole place shimmer tonight at Arrowhead!
Opening
Vietnamese Coffee Making A Splash

KC Daily
KC's First Vietnamese Coffeeshop, Cafe Ca Phe, is opening its second location in quick succession after opening its first brick-and-mortar in Columbus Park.
Vietnamese Coffee: Around the world, “Vietnamese coffee” has also been understood as a brewing style, preparation, and flavor profile – namely including sweetened condensed milk and the phin drip method with very strong coffee.
Expansion On Expansion: After the success of its food truck serving Vietnamese Coffee, Cafe Ca Phe is exploding by not only opening a location of its own but opening a second location in 12th Street Post.
12th Street Post: The 12th Street Post is a co-working space for retailers across the city to collaborate and sell their products directly to consumers. Not only do they host Ca Phe, but also several other local businesses.
You can visit Cafe Ca Phe in Columbus Park every day (except Tuesdays) from 7 am- 8 pm in their new home at 916 E 5th Street. If you’d like to see them in their new store in the 12th Street Post, they are open from 11 am- 6 pm daily.
