New Cocktail Lounge Opens Softly in Lenexa
Neat. Bar, a new cocktail lounge from Benjamin Davalos, has softly opened in Lenexa’s City Center.
That’s Pretty Neat: Neat Bar. quietly opened last weekend, and is continuing with soft opening experiences tonight through Saturday from 5pm-midnight. Reservations can be made on a first-come, first-served basis and can be booked through Neat. Bar’s Facebook page.
Suburban Cocktails: The menu features a wide variety of house cocktails and low-ABV/zero proof offerings. While we haven’t been (yet), we’ve got our eyes on La Dolce Vita, Once Upon a Time in Mexico, and the Espresso Martini.

Rex KC Opens Its New Home in the West Bottoms This Friday
RexKC, a massive vintage and upcycled clothing store, is opening its new location in the West Bottoms this Friday, July 17th.
Grand Opening Finds: The grand opening kicks off at 9am, with the first 100 customers getting free merch swag bags. Stick around for live blues music, local BBQ, tooth gems, and the debut of Rex's brand new in-house café serving coffee and matcha.
The New Digs: Rex KC is a locally loved thrift and resale shop with a loyal KC following. The new West Bottoms location comes with expanded space and new daily hours — store open 9am-7pm, café open 9am-3pm. Did we mention the 70s Cadillac parked on the second floor?
