Joe’s Kansas City to Open Joe’s Next Door in May
Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que won’t be going far to open it’s newest location. Joe’s Next Door will open just across the street from the original gas station location.
Locals Eat Too: Joe’s Next Door will open in the former Taco Republic space directly across Mission Road from the original gas station location at 3002 W 47th Ave in KCK. Joe's founders Jeff and Joy Stehney, along with VP Ryan Barrows, are designing the new spot to be a faster, more accessible experience for locals.
Grill Next Door: The new concept will serve lunch and dinner seven days a week, and feature an enclosed patio with garage doors, fire pits, picnic tables, and TVs, seating 80 to 90 guests. The menu will carry Joe's classics like the Z-Man sandwich and seasoned fries, and add new items including loaded fries, smoked salmon dishes, housemade ice cream shakes, boozy shakes, frozen cocktails, and more.
Joe’s Next Door expects to open in May before the World Cup begins at 500 County Line Road in KCK.
