❄️ Winterland: A Holiday Cirque Experience - Quixotic will transport audiences into an “ethereal wonderland” in a performance featuring live music, dance, and cirque performances. The show happens at The Grand Theater at Crown Center through December 21.
💡 Festival of Lights at Powell Gardens - Kansas City’s botanical garden turns into an illuminated winter wonderland on weekends through January 3rd. Special events are planned throughout this weekend.
❤️ & Juliet - The hilarious new musical flips the script on the classic tale of Romeo & Juliet. On stage at Municipal Auditorium now through Sunday.

🎄 Mayor’s Holiday Festival - The annual tradition in downtown Overland Park (Thompson Park) features a tree lighting, live music, Santa visits, vendors, movies, train rides, and more from 5-8pm.
🦅 Rob Riggle - Join Rainy Day Books at Unity Temple to celebrate Grit, Spit, and Never Quit A Marine's Guide to Comedy and Life with Rob Riggle starting at 7pm.
🏀 Hall of Fame Classic - Men’s college basketball takes the court at the T-Mobile Center, with Nebraska, New Mexico, Kansas State, and Mississippi State playing in a four-team tournament. The consolation match starts at 6pm, with the championship at 8:30pm.

👑 Zona Rosa Holiday Lighting - Kick off the holiday season at the North Park in Zona Rosa with live music, ice skating, food & drink, giveaways, Santa visits, and more from 4-6pm.
🎩 A Christmas Carol - The Kansas City Repertory Theatre performs the holiday classic on stage at the Spencer Theatre on select dates through December 27th.
🎤 Pentatonix - The three-time GRAMMY Award-winning vocal quintet brings their Christmas in the City Tour to the T-Mobile Center at 7pm.
🎁 Merry Makers Market - The holiday-fueled Midtown Makers Market at The Arcade (211 West Armour Blvd) features local vendors, complementary beverages, and a DIY candle bar from 1-4pm.

Moonstone Opens Today on the Berkley Riverfront

A new cocktail bar called Moonstone officially opens today on the Berkley Riverfront.
Over the Moon: The highly anticipated cocktail bar along the banks of the Missouri River opens its doors to patrons tonight, with reservations open beginning at 5pm. Moonstone is located above Two Birds, One Stone at 1000 Riverfront Drive.
Cosmic Cocktails: Moonstone’s cocktail menu offers creative and colorful twists on classics, such as the Moon Landing (gin, genepy, simple syrup, lemon, Lambrusco), the Brew Moon Rising (Licor 43, amaretto, mezcal, coffee liquer, cold brew), or the Moon Rock (Holladay Soft Red Wheat, coconut demerara, Angustura bitters). It will also offer a food menu with small plates, entrees, and desserts.
