Moon Bar to Open a Permanent Space in Columbus Park
Moon Bar, a popular Japanese-style cocktail pop-up, is transitioning to a permanent brick-and-mortar location in Columbus Park.
To the Moon: Owners Saranya and Zachary Hubbard plan to establish the new venue at 518 E. Fifth St., aiming to open by late summer. The couple envisions a cozy neighborhood spot offering an array of craft cocktails and a curated selection of wines and beers.
Columbus Cocktails: This move reflects the Hubbards' commitment to creating a welcoming space for the community to gather and enjoy quality cocktails such as the Glitter and Gold (gin, osmantus flower, tonic, glitter), Cold Soba (dry gin, sesame washed rum, buckwheat, rice vinegar, wasabi), and the Hot Earl Grey (Rye whiskey, milk foam, rosebud powder, served hot).
During the buildout, Moon Bar will continue popping up throughout town with the next pop-up scheduled for April 24th at Triune. Stay up to date on popups via their email list HERE.
