Two Restaurants Announced at 115th and Nall Development

Block & Company

A 10-acre mixed-use development is coming soon to 115th Street and Nall Avenue in Overland Park, and two new restaurant tenants have been announced.

  • Welcome to OP: According to Kansas City food reporter Joyce Smith, Block & Company Inc. Realtors confirmed that The Capital Grille and Yard House will open in the new center. The nationwide restaurants are sister concepts from Darden Restaurants Inc., and each will span around 10,000 square feet.

  • Kansas Eats: This will be The Capital Grille’s second metro location (Country Club Plaza) and Yard House’s third (Tanger Kansas City at Legends and Power & Light District). The development will also feature a four-story AC Hotel by Marriott and is just steps from the all-new Andretti Indoor Karting & Games (opening next week).

Construction on the mixed-use development is expected to be completed in the fall of 2026.

A New Sports Bar is Coming Soon to the Crossroads

KC Daily

This isn’t your dad’s sports bar. Beckett’s will open soon at 1701 McGee St., Suite 200, in the Crossroads.

  • Headed South: The Minneapolis-based sports bar will enter the Kansas City market, offering cocktail buckets, bar food, plenty of TVs, and “the best Happy Hour in KC”. Located just a few blocks south of the T-Mobile Center, Beckett’s will be a great pre-game or post-game stop.

  • We Like Sports: The space will feel like a classic sports bar, with nods to vintage sports and pop culture. The inside is decked out with neon signs, a basketball hoop, throwback posters, jerseys, and more. Take a look inside.

An opening date announcement is coming soon. Follow along for updates!
