Royals Release Plans for Crossroads

KC Daily

The Kansas City Royals have released parking plans for the proposed ballpark in the Crossroads.

  • Where’d You Park?: One of the main concerns raised with the proposed ballpark is the issue of parking in the Crossroads. A study by Populous and Kimley Horn outlined options for the 32,000-seat stadium. The study estimated that a weekday game would bring roughly 9,300 vehicles to the area.

  • Community Benefits: The Royals also released a list of community benefits for the Crossroads Community Association (CCA). The list includes small business support and opportunities, construction mitigation programs, green spaces, and more.
