Loews Kansas City Hotel

If your looking for dinner with a view of the Kansas City skyline, look no further than The Stilwell inside the Loews Kansas City Hotel.

  • Modern History: The Stilwell celebrates both local history and culinary innovation. Its name pays homage to the Stilwell Oyster Car, a nod to Kansas City's rich railroad heritage. The menu features a mix of comfort food and adventurous dishes, including Farrar Family Farms Fried Chicken, Carrot Gnocchi, and Southern ‘Bucco.

  • Downtown Dining: The restaurant's design blends rustic elegance with modern touches, featuring an open kitchen concept, a wraparound terrace with fire pits, and private dining options. It's perfect for everything from breakfast to dinner, topped off with sweeping views of the downtown skyline.

We recently visited The Stilwell for a perfect Valentine’s Day date, and will be returning soon with the help of the KC Daily Dine Card!
