A local coffee truck has found a place to park. Chambre Coffee could soon open a brick-and-mortar location in Westport.
Coffee Out, Coffee In: According to local food and drink reporter Joyce Smith, Chambre Coffee hopes to open at 4010 Pennsylvania Ave., replacing Westport Coffeehouse which closed in March. The 7,064-square-foot building is also home to Green Room Burgers & Beer and a theater.

Modern History: The Stilwell celebrates both local history and culinary innovation. Its name pays homage to the Stilwell Oyster Car, a nod to Kansas City's rich railroad heritage. The menu features a mix of comfort food and adventurous dishes, including Farrar Family Farms Fried Chicken, Carrot Gnocchi, and Southern ‘Bucco.
Downtown Dining: The restaurant's design blends rustic elegance with modern touches, featuring an open kitchen concept, a wraparound terrace with fire pits, and private dining options. It's perfect for everything from breakfast to dinner, topped off with sweeping views of the downtown skyline.
