Current State Coffee Roasting Opens in Downtown Shawnee

Current State Coffee Roasting

🚨 New coffee shop alert! Current State Coffee Roasting is now open in downtown Shawnee.

  • Currently Having Coffee: Current State opened at 11217 Johnson Drive inside of a historic, red brick building. The shop offers spacious indoor-outdoor seating, on-site roasting operations, and a full coffee bar.

  • Shawnee Sips: The coffee menu features traditional favorites like espresso, cappuccino, lattes, drip coffee, alongside tea, Matcha, Italian soda, and baked goods. Current State will also focus on local partnerships, such as with Billie’s Grocery, which is brewing and pouring their coffee.

Current State is open 6am-6pm, seven days a week.
