The Peanut to Open a New Location in Belton
Belton residents, get ready for some wings. The Peanut will open a new location at 140 Cedar Tree Square.
Dining Institution: The Peanut is considered Kansas City’s oldest bar & grill, with roots dating back to 1933 when it existed as a speakeasy. The original location exists at 5000 Main St. in KCMO, with seven more scattered throughout the metro.
Spread Your Wings: The Peanut will bring its legendary wings, BLTs, and other entrees to the former Brewbakers Bar & Grill space, which closed last August. The new location will operate under Peanut Midwest Group, which operates 7 of the 9 metro locations.
The Peanut Belton is expected to open early September. It should come as no surprise to find The Peanut on our Kansas City Wings Guide.
