🚋 Celebrate the first weekend of September with First Friday in the Crossroads, checking out local food trucks, musicians, artists, vendors, and more.

🎷 The Prairie Village Jazz Festival will fill Harmon Park with the sweet sounds of jazz music starting at 2pm, with food trucks and drinks available.
🥬 The Lenexa Spinach Festival takes over Sar-Ko-Par Trails Park from 9am-4pm with a variety of family-friendly activities, including the World’s Largest Spinach Salad.
🎤 The KKFI Crossroads Music Fest is on stage from noon - midnight in the West Bottoms, headlined by Krystle Warren.
🏺 Speaking of First Fridays, local-favorite antique store Bella Patina will host a Sidewalk Sale, a one-day-only, 1200 sqft pop-up in front of their store in the West Bottoms.

New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce To Host Ultimate Tailgate at KC Live! for Chiefs Home Opener

New news! The Kelce brothers are bringing their hit podcast to life with the first-ever New Heights Tailgate presented by Audible, on Sunday, September 14.
From the Heights: The tailgate will happen at KC Live! in the Power and Light District from 9am-5:30pm, leading up to the Chiefs home opener at Arrowhead at 3:25pm against the Philadelphia Eagles. The one-day-only party will bring the energy New Heights is known for, prepping fans for the Super Bowl LIX rematch.
Pregame Party: Guests can expect free KC BBQ, photo opportunities, free exclusive New Heights merch giveaways, competitive cornhole battles, and VIP fan experiences for a few lucky winners. Before you ask, Travis will not be there. He (hopefully) will be warming up for the game!
The New Heights Tailgate will take place on Walnut Street between 13th St. and 14th St.
